Community Guidelines

Gridlock is competitive, but every player must be treated with respect.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or targeted abuse.
• Offensive, deceptive, impersonating, or personally identifying display names.
• Cheating, automation, modified clients, exploit abuse, coordinated losses, or rank manipulation.
• Account selling, purchase fraud, phishing, or attempts to obtain another player’s credentials.
• False or retaliatory reports and attempts to evade blocks or suspensions.

Enforcement

Possible actions include content removal, forced rename, warning, feature restriction, score removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Severity, history, intent, evidence, and player safety are considered.

Report, block, and appeal

Use the controls on a player’s Friends card to report or block them. Blocking removes social access between the players. Appeal a moderation decision through Gridlockapp@outlook.com with your Support ID.
